I usually avoid eating sushi.  However, I’m inspired by Jiro Dreams of Sushi (Blu-ray release 2012-7-24), a documentary about Jiro Ono, a Michelin 3-star sushi chef.  It reveals why and how he’s so successful (his restaurant requires reservation 1 month in advance, and the set menu starts at 30000 yen).  I think this documentary is well done, and I’m really impressed by this chef and his dedication to making sushi.  On a technical level, this video has too much blown highlights, revealing its digital nature, which is not something I usually notice.
