Cold Eyes (2013) is a Korean remake of the Hong Kong movie Eye in the Sky (2007), about a surveillance team that tries to catch a group of bank robbers.  Surprisingly, this remake is better than the original.  It successfully keeps the tension high, and makes good use of visual effects to illustrate a key point in the movie.  Simon Yam, who played the surveillance team leader in the 2007 movie, has a cameo in this new remake.
