Every Chinese New Year there would be at least two comedy movies from Hong Kong.  In 2014, one of these is 六福喜事 (Hello Babies).  The plot is basically about a son and his wife trying to please his father by faking pregnancy.  As usual, the plot can never be taken seriously in Chinese New Year comedies and we see lots of cameos from Hong Kong movie stars.  As for the amount and quality of jokes, my subjective feeling is that it is slightly above average of Chinese New Year comedies.  I especially love the parody about 一代宗師 (The Grandmaster).

Note: the most interesting thing about this movie is not the movie itself, but the mysterious purchase of whole row of front-row seats in several cinemas even when the cinemas are not full.
